Made up of the three thriving neighborhoods of Crystal City, Pentagon City and Potomac Yard, National Landing is Virginia’s largest walkable downtown. The area, home to Amazon’s HQ2, blends the best of city living with an urban-styled outdoors and offers both convenience and a high quality of life for its inhabitants.

Crystal City lies on the banks of the Potomac River and captures some of the most extraordinary views of Washington, DC. The central downtown area surrounds the relaxing Water Park, and is home to many hotels, shops, restaurants, and high-rise apartment buildings, as well as Ronald Reagan National Airport. Pentagon City is a dining and shopping destination with one of the finest collection of shops, cafes and restaurants in the area. It’s located within walking distance of the Pentagon and is full of high-rise and low-rise apartment buildings and condominiums. While Potomac Yard does not feature real estate as its draw, it does boast shops, access to walking and biking trails, open space and multiple dining options.
