What our vender management entails:

• Prioritize repairs and updates to maximize your profit, whether it’s a COMPASS Concierge project or you are funding renovations yourself.
• Recommend, screen, and coordinate vendors for quotes. We will also review quotes with you, if you would like, and help plan the timeline for multiple vendors.
• Meet vendors on site, go through the scope of work, and regularly check-in and inspect the work being done.
• Hold all vendors to our high standards - and our preferred vendors know that. We don’t let the little things slide, we expect it to be perfect, and we hold them accountable.
• Be the point of contact for vendors, so you aren’t getting calls and emails to deal with during the day.
