Meet Ryan
Ryan brings a unique perspective and knowledge of Arlington and McLean, Virginia, Washington DC, and the surrounding metropolitan region. As a longtime resident of Arlington, Ryan has both personally and professionally anchored himself in the community. He is an expert in local neighborhoods and their real estate markets. Ryan imparts his institutional knowledge to his clients, assisting them in finding their perfect property.
Ryan combines his previous consulting experience (Booz Allen, Deloitte) with his deep local knowledge and network, creating a "problem solver" approach for his clients. He has used this to develop a customer-first mindset built on listening to the specific needs of his clients. This ethic has followed through to his career in real estate.
In his first years as an agent, Ryan worked with one of the top producing teams in the metropolitan region. This allowed him to gain invaluable experience in leading complex and sophisticated deals. He brings this experience forward, working to produce the best deal for his clients.
Having sold luxury homes, condominiums, and non-traditional properties, Ryan particularly enjoys his specialty of working with investors to purchase properties with favorable returns.
Ryan knows what it can feel like to arrive in a new city and need a place to live. The son of a traveling business sales executive, he moved between east and west coasts with a stop in the southwest for good measure. Instilled in him from an early age, Ryan has personal empathy for both buyers and sellers preparing to make a critically important transition in their lives.
When he’s not tenaciously pursuing his clients’ needs, you can find Ryan having fun with his golden doodle, Stanley, or on the golf course. Ryan is a BBA graduate of James Madison University and co-owner of two popular restaurants in the Clarendon neighborhood of Arlington (Don Tito) and Old Town Alexandria (Don Taco).

"Trevor and his staff were amazing. I was completely overwhelmed by the prospect of moving. I had moved into my condo 18 years ago and had barely done anything to it, so I was very worried that I would be losing a lot of value when selling the house. All Trevor asked me to do was trust him, which I did. At times was more of a general contractor than a realtor, overseeing a kitchen renovation, 2 bathrooms and all new flooring basically “the works”. He aggressively quoted several different contractors, and I paid waaaay less than I was expecting for these upgrades.
