Wesley Heights + Cathedral Heights + Berkley

Wesley Heights is a charming, eight-block community featuring some of the region's most upscale townhomes and single-family homes. Along with nearby Glover Archbold Park and Battery Kemble Park, this green and sought-after neighborhood features some commercial activity along New Mexico Avenue. The houses here are highly valued and often in limited supply on the market.

Cathedral Heights is another lovely neighborhood in this area of DC. It is located between Fulton Street and Glover Park and features an extensive greenspace trail running through the middle. The streets here are mostly filled with rowhomes and some detached single-family homes. There are also larger apartments and condos in this area that are sought after for their amenities.

Berkley is a notable community in this area for its densely forested areas and greenspace. The homes are larger estates of over 2,000 square feet, often Colonial or Cape Cod-styled homes. Berkley is mostly residential, and the well-manicured lawns make it quite beautiful.
